We have been so pleased with Custom Chimney Heating and Air. Jimmy is the best and does great work going above and beyond. Connie handles the appointments and does everything under the sun to get you serviced as soon as possible. We do not have one complaint and we look forward to seeing Jimmy when he comes out to our home. His up beat and personable personality is like a breath of fresh air. Jimmy was excellent - called them to double confirm that our ventless gas fireplace didn't have any leaks, and to check the smell coming off of it was normal. Jimmy came out, explained the safety mechanisms of the fireplace, fixed some misplaced logs, checked all the features, checked the CO output. He was very thorough and nice, i'd definitely recommend.
