PLEASE listen to the bad reviews - they are 100% accurate. I used Neal 10 years ago, and back then, his service was great. I even recommended him to family and friends. But now? His work has completely gone downhill, and he clearly has major issues finishing jobs. Most recently, he scammed me out of $470. He promised to order my logs, and weeks later--nothing. First, it was a bunch of excuses, and now he has completely vanished. Worse? He blocked all my phone numbers. There is something seriously wrong here. It's clear he is using customers' money for something else because this pattern of delays, excuses, and disappearing acts is constant. DO NOT pay him upfront. DO NOT hire him. If you ignore this warning, expect to get ripped off. To make matters worse, he also did logs for my friends (who I had originally recommended him to), and they arrived broken. He promised to replace them under warranty. That was almost a year ago. Still nothing. Save yourself the headache and money--hire someone else.

If I were to write a review for Atlanta Chimney Experts six months ago, I would have readily given Neal five stars. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been quite upsetting. During my last visit, I paid $240, and although Neal couldn’t repair my transmission box, he assured me he would obtain a new one under warranty to complete the job. He never returned, failed to answer my calls, and missed our scheduled appointment. I have tried several times to reach out to him and gotten no response. As a result, I feel cheated out of my $240 and had to spend an additional $300 with another company to fix my fireplace. I’m not sure what happened, and there are days when I genuinely hope he’s okay, but I can’t help feeling frustrated, disappointed and angry because he didn’t honor his word and I’ve been taken advantage of.

Neal did an amazing job and was highly knowledgeable! Cleaned out our chimney quickly and kept our home clean!

Neal, the owner, did an awesome job. He is extremely knowledgeable with excellent service. Highly recommend.
