Moses came and checked out our current system and made recommendations. We chose a ceramic system. George came and installed. He was very professional, careful and neat. I was surprised at the lack of mess.

If you look at my reviews, I’m a very positive individual. This is without a doubt the worst experience with any company I’ve honestly ever had. I started around early to mid November to repair a gas fireplace. The initial visit occurred when they said it would happen the day and time. No issues in the beginning. The technician said he’ll need to order a part. Probably be a week or two and then he’ll return to replace the part. I paid for the deposit and expected pretty quick turnaround. Weeks went by without anyone contacting me. I had to contact them (At this point, I’ve lost count but I’ve probably contacted them about 12 to 15 times throughout this process and my fireplace is still not fixed and we’re approaching Spring). Finally got a hold of someone or I should say they get a hold of me after numerous request. They said oh yeah, he is scheduled to come over December 29. Keep in mind, I started this early to mid November. They no showed. No contact, nothing just did not show. I call back and they say oh we apologize. It’s actually December 31. Again no-show. Finally was able to get someone to come out to replaced. The part ordered back in November. At this point we’re now in January your place is the part actually damage is the front of the fireplace so it looks worse than it did when they started. And stated that there’s another part that needs to be replaced yet. Again no one‘s contacted me. No one scheduled a return visit to complete the repair. I just called as recently as this week and I was promised like I’ve been promised many times that someone would contact me to schedule. No contact. So I’m waiting till they open till 8 AM today to repeat this insane repeated request to help me fix my fireplace that I’ve tried for months to get accomplished. I chose them because of their ratings. I cannot believe I’m the only one that’s experienced this. Because operationally this is just fundamentally bad practice. No follow up, no communication, requires me to be proactive on a regular basis to get them to complete a job I’ve already paid for. For every visit it’s required me to make on the average 6 to 7 phone calls each. For the two visits I’ve had so far and my fireplace is still not fixed and we’re almost in Spring like I said.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’m not sure who’s writing these reviews but this company has way too many red flags. A tech came out to do complete an inspection and told me I needed sweeping, the process was inflated and after providing a check for this 10 min inspection it was cashed in less than 24hrs. He told me he wasn’t able to do the sweeping and would call back to reschedule. I have not heard from them. Furthermore. I could not confirm their CSIA #. I will not be using them for any further service & I recommend you don’t either.
