Phil was lovely - showed up on when he said he would, made friends with my dog, gave me the cleanest fireplace I've ever seen, and left the surrounding white bricks clean as well too. He also gave me practical advice on how to effectively use and better maintain my fireplace and how I could do some small maintenance myself if I wanted to.
